Frequency Friday!!

The Frequency Deck has spoke again!! This deck is different from the normal tarot decks because it is solely based off of your current vibration right now. The concept behind this deck is that your frequency is constantly changing every time you share space with anyone or anything and are a match. So right now, if you are someone reading this message, you are a match and this message is exactly what you need to hear at this moment. I had no clue the amount of insight and clarity I was going to receive when I purchased this deck. I love this deck and want to use it as a tool to help you.

I let the card fall out of the deck, and it was extremely fitting for me. Each card in this deck has a message behind it. Whether the card is upright or upside down tells us the specific message behind each one. Today's pull is Comfort (right side up).

Card 1: Meditation (Upside down)

This card reads: "You are trying to escape from your life. By preferring to not get your hands messy so to speak, you are trying to make yourself exempt from the experience of life. Life is messy. You cannot make it clean and you came here to experience it fully. Perhaps you are trying to use spirituality to bypass your negative emotions and negative experiences completely. The enlightened beings do not appear to be so at peace because they have become exempt from the highs and lows of life, they appear to be so at peace because they have become willing to feel the ups and downs of life completely.... there is no longer any resistance to living. " - Teal Swan Frequency Deck.

My initial thought to this card was the lies we tell ourselves when we are experiencing the downs of life by thinking it is only happening to us. You are the only one struggling. You are the only one going through difficult times. Life is only hard on you. That is not the case at all and I want you to shut out that voice immediately. We all came here to experience challenges and obstacles to take our expansion to the next levels.

We make things difficult on ourselves when we resist what we are experiencing, beat ourselves up for making mistakes, or try to spiritually bypass our negative emotions. When we do this, we are missing the lesson and the bigger picture. Why were you a match to the experience you are experiencing? What is it telling you about you? Those are the questions we need to ask ourselves so we can learn more about who we are and what we came here to do.

It is time we change our relationship with our negative experiences. Look at them as something that is working for us to push us toward our greatest good. Not an experience meant to tear us down and take us out. It is all about the mind. Allow yourself to live and allow yourself to feel. That is what life is all about.
